Sean Patrick Maloney
PRESIDENT AND CEO
Sean Patrick Maloney is an attorney, strategist, and former diplomat who has spent more than three decades working at the highest levels of government, politics, and the private sector. Most recently, he served as U.S. Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), where he helped advance U.S. priorities on global economic cooperation, digital innovation, and market transparency.
From 2013 to 2023, Maloney represented New York’s 18th District in the U.S. House of Representatives, serving on the House Intelligence, Agriculture, and Transportation & Infrastructure Committees. As a member of the New Democrat Coalition and the bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus, he built a reputation as a pragmatic dealmaker and led efforts on issues ranging from infrastructure and veterans’ services to human trafficking prevention and environmental conservation in the Hudson Highlands.
Maloney also chaired the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee during the 2022 cycle, bringing significant experience in building broad coalitions, leveraging data, and running competitive national campaigns. Earlier in his career, he served as a senior West Wing adviser and White House Staff Secretary to President Bill Clinton and later held leadership roles in technology and law, including as chief operating officer of risk-management firm Kiodex and as a partner at major international law firms.
